Order Processing

Many of our apparel items are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and shipped. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@cypressroads.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
